Buyer not received order

Hi can anyone tell me what to do when buyer doesn't receive their order I posted it 2nd class with Royal Mail thanks

They open a Not Received case and you refund through the case.  If you have a Proof of Posting then you can use that to make a claim on Royal Mail for loss.

On every listing top right, ebay put the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Both you and the buyer should read it as this sort of question is already answered on EVERY listing.

Check the tracking and if it doesn't show delivered accept the buyer's "not received" case (ask them to open one if they haven't done that yet) and a refund will be issued.   You can claim from RM for yourself.
