Buyer not paid - how long before I can relist?

Hi folks,

I recently 'sold' a jacken on ebay but sadly the buyer hasn't paid and isn't responding the emails.

Judging by his feedback, this isn't unusual for him.

Can anyone advise when I can relist the item and when ebay will confirm that no seller fee will be taken for this transaction?

See the ebay new non payment function

Ebay send emails and if they have not paid in 4 days then either ebay will cancel or you can to get your fees back

Ebay may relist it for you

Open an Unpaid Item Case. After 4 days you can Cancel selecting "Buyer did not Pay."  You can then Relist. You will Receive a Fee Credit.

Put them on your Blocked Bidders List.
