Buyer is abusing rights

A total scam. Beware !!!!

The buyer requested a return because the item 'did not match description or photos'. Claimed the item looked solid pink in the photos Totally untrue The photos clearly show that it is various shades of pink. The material is linen. It is common knowledge that linen is a fibrious material which does not absorb colour consistently.

She has a record of this behaviour and Ebay are agreeing with the return and asking us to pay all postage costs.

This is a devious way in which an unscupulous buyer can get away with having no responsibility for their actions. This is not the first time this has happened to us. They glibley order items at their will and have no financial responsibility. Who knows? Maybe the garment has been worn on a night out. Sellers are being asked to operate a clothes hire company and the person hires the garment at no cost and Ebay are supporting them in this scam

We have an impeccable record. See our feed back - 2534mcdbhc -

Bring these incidents to the attention of Ebay and stop them treating small private sellers as 'Buyer fodder' As they do regularly

Best wishes to you all and take care in these difficult times

photo shows solid pink to me, I can't see 'various shades'

the buyer has every right to open a not as described case as you didn't mention that the colour wasn't consistant

you described it as deep pink, and it looks deep pink all over to me.
