Hi, I have sold an item an the auction winner is in Italy. I sent him an invoice for the winning bid + £10.50 (total £66.50) for tracked parcel. He is telling me Ebay is billing him £81, an extra £12 + vat for shipping, is this correct?

About right = £66.50 total + EU added Italy 22% VAT import fee = £81.13 >
