Buyer has changed their mind

Buyer has paid for item but now has changed their mind. how do i cancel and make sure I get fee refund

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions,  select Cancel order,  then you must use the option...   buyer requests to cancel.

This refunds the buyer immediately,  and refunds your seller fee,  no defect for your account,  and gives you the option to relist the item then and there.  Don't use the ebay app to do this,  but a laptop / PC / browser,  not IE.

Just make the buyer aware,  if they made a card payment they will not see their refund immediately.  Up to 7 days to appear back in their bank account,  after a debit card payment.  Up to 30 days for a credit card payment,  back to the card account used.
