Buyer had paid but hasn't collected

After multiple messages requesting buyer to collect the item they have paid for by PayPal, the listing was collection only, I am now no longer receiving a reply, what are my options to cancel the order and refund the buyer

Go to More Actions, far right of item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address, which is the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect.   The refund will be issued automatically.
