I sold some fig tree cuttings all described accurately. The buyer received in perfect condition and left positive feedback. However weeks later opened a dispute ' doesn't work or defective' How is this possible for a live plant. It is buyers responsibility to look after their plant and having now killed it demanding a refund.
item clearly stated no returns accepted.
Your Buyer only has 30 days from Delivery to Claim a Refund through Ebay. They won't be able to Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in if they are passed the 30 days.
No Returns on your Listings is just for a Change of Mind Return. It doesn't cover Returns for Items which are Faulty/Not as Described.
