Buyer didn't pick up from argos

Hi, I sent  a parcel to argos recorded which was signed for.( I listed it free post which cost Me £4.40) The buyer didn't pick it up within the 7 days and so the item is being sent back to Me.The buyer messaged to say they still want the item. Will they get a atomatic refund upon My reciept? Do I have to relist the item so that they can buy again? also I can't post it free post again or I will be out of pocket! Will they end up with the item and a refund? Thanks in advance, Jane ( jealm1)

Good question:

 

 

If the item is eligible for coverage under the eBay Money Back Guarantee, the buyer may open a request for an item not received if:

  • The item isn’t dispatched to Argos within the timeframe stated in your listing; 
  • The unique identifier code is not on the second line of the address, has been removed or is illegible and therefore cannot be identified by Argos on arrival at the store; or
  • The item is lost in transit.

So it looks like it's the same as selling normally, so you need to ask the buyer to pay for the postage, or give them a refund (when it gets returned to you
