Buyer claims fraud

This is my third seller by problem this week
This one, I contacted the buyer today to let them know I was posting their item tomorrow, they got back instantly to say they were happy I contacted and they had t bought it it was bought wothout there consent, makes no sense as delivery address was correct and confirmed. I think it’s just buyers guilt, it’s a imac superdrive, I think they’ve realised was the wrong one. Either way, i’m new to selling and two fraudulent claims and a non payer all in one week has put me off selling on eBay for life. How do I continue here, do I just cancel the order and refund? Is it that easy?

If they have paid then to go More actions to the right of the item and on the drop down list Cancel order then buyer requests to cancel

Then allow ebay to refund and take the money from your paypal account

You get your final value fees back and no defect on your account

It is best to cance as if you dont then the buyer may think up some reason to return it once they receive it

Why did you contact them to let them know you are sending it.

You do not need to contact a buyer at all

You sell the item and ebay send an invoice

They buyer pays and you send to the address on paypal

You recieve 5 stars for communication which is a bit misleading as by communication ebay means you have no contact 14 days before or until after the buyer leaves feedback

Ebay sends all the neccesary invoices
