Buyer asking for details

I have a buyer with zero feedback that has paid for an item but is asking for other details like my name, email, address, phone number. The item is collection only so I can understand they need the address which I have given them, but the buyer is making me suspicious.

Their address is a shipping unit/business address and they are also asking if they can use the pictures of the item to resell it.

Should I cancel the transaction and refund the buyer?

Collection items should be collected in person and paid in cash.

Your risk here is that seller will collect, then claim not received and and you have to refund in full.

Asking too many questions after buying always seems to be a bit suspicious. You will have an unknown person come to collect, they could later claim it was not them, the buyer, and you don't have a leg to stand on.

This is one of the reasons for the new system being used by ebay, but it only works if both buyer and seller are using the Ebay app. A code is sent to the buyer's phone and on collection shown to the seller who scans the code onto his phone, to prove collection hastaken place.

It would pay to take a picture of buyer collecting the item and also take a note of car registration.
