Buyer should send you a Cancellation Request. You have 3 Business days to Accept or Decline. If you Accept and the Buyer has Paid you have 2 days to Refund them.
If your Buyer hasn't Paid Cancel through More Actions Drop Down Box to the right of the Sold Item. Select "Buyer Requested Cancellation."
Your Ebay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account.
Put the Buyer on your Blocked Bidders List so they can't mess you around again.
