I bought 2 items (different colours) from the same seller - one at a time. Neither arrived so I raised an INR for the first one BUT when I tried to do the same for the second one, eBay insisted a report already existed. I did eventually manage to find a way round this (I had to go to the Resolution Centre and then select the item from there) but I shouldn't need to do this.
There is clearly a bug in eBay but how do I report it?
