Breach of eBay selling policy?

Why can't eBay just tell you not to add brand names in the title description instead of removing the whole listing. It would of taken me less than 1 minute to comply if they had asked. Now we've both lost out as I have deleted the listing they removed.

ebay expect sellers to have read the rules before they list items,

they don't have the time or manpower to go around getting sellers to change their listings

if you break the rules, the listings are removed, end of story

It is quite normal for members to leave rude comments when they dont agree with the replies. You broke the rules ebay removed your listing
