Hi all,
I bought a game in USA on 28 Dec 2020. I have never received the item at my address. I contacted with the seller and he told me sent the item to my address. In UK, we were in lockdown from 1 of January to 17 of May, it is possible any problem for this case.
I reported this problem to Royal Mail UK, they told me don't have reference number in the database.
I sent this letter to the seller, but he said me it was long time ago. He doesn't want to help me.
I would like to know , What can I do? Can you give any idea please?

You are out of time for any help from Ebay. Is 30 days. You have 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal if you Paid that way. You may just be in time depending on the Estimated Delivery Date. Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
There is nothing you can do
You were covered by the ebay money back guarantee and had 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing
You had 180 days if you paid by paypal to open a dispute there
You may be just in time so try now immediatley
You have to go back and escalate it as soon as paypal will allow but within 20 days

I asked to the seller on 12 of February regarding the item: (after 1 month and 13 days he send it)
Order tracker: "Delivery attempt (addressee unknown)" on 12 Feb
My question:
"I have checked the tracking history shipping and it says "Delivery attempt (addressee unknown)"
I would like to ask you if you know which company is doing the delivery in UK.
His reply:
The package has to be delivered by your country postal office .
We kindly ask you to contact the post office to see if they know something about your package.
Just try and open a not received dispute on paypal if you paid that way. You may just be in time so dont wait do it now and see what happens. You dont deal with the seller you use the ebay money back guarantee. You have missed that now so try paypal now. See my first reply
