Bogus telephone call

I received a telephone call to my moblie from eBay?  asking how I getting on with eBay new system etc, The number showing on the phone was 0330 303 5300. I did check the number later that day and it come up as a possilbe scam? Was the call from eBay or Bogus.

I have had phone calls from ebay before but not about the new system

If you are at all bothered then just block the number

As long as you did not give or were asked for any personal details you are OK

Just treat it like a scam

You can not be too careful

Hi, Thanks for the information the person did not ask for any account details and answer my question, i.e. what happens when the buyer pays cash. It only when I checked the telephone number that raised the alarm.

Did you ask the question on cash?. What questions did they ask?. I dont think you need to worry if you were not asked for details.
