This is eBay's latest 'enhancement'.
Some 'lucky' sellers have been selected to have items after it seems, only a few days of non selling, having this annoying Best Offer applied.
I'm afraid the only way is to delete after revising.
There have been many complaints, I peraonally cannot see how this can be a benefit to anyone, so hopefully one day, eBay will see this is infuriating their sellers, and stop this ridiculous intrustion.
