Block an eBay member from sending messages

Is there a way you can block another user from sending you messages?

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

and then tick "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" at the bottom of this:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

They just don't see a contact link.

Thank you, what about being able to reply to messages we have already exchanged? Is the reply facility also disabled from those?

I'm not sure, maybe not but don't reply to them and hopefully they'll give up.
