Being asked to close return

Have not received replacement item but seller asks name to close return. Is thiis normal?

No you do not close disputes until you have it all sorted out.

You should not ask for a replacement as they often do not arrive

You want your money back

 

If you have returned the item and it has arrived back at the seller then escalate the dispute.

 

The seller should refund when they receive the item back

 

What does the resolution centre say. Do you have to escalate the dispute
