How long does for Ebay to sort out a scam and refund the original payment ? waited a month still no sign Ebay sorting out. Should I close my account ?

You shouldn't wait for eBay to do anything.

You need to deal with it with the tools provided.

How were you scammed?

Closing your account won't help you retrieve your goods or money.

Customer services Resoultion centre supposed to be dealing no way of contacting them. Paid for product so did about 150 other ebayers, no product sent out. I was told by customer service I have to wait for a resoultion!

Try opening a case in paypal.

Make sure you escalate case after 2 days, it is not automatic.
