Beats earphones

Hi I sold a pair of beats earphones. Buyer left great feedback. After a month asked for a refund said they stopped working. Where do I stand in this situation. They were in perfect working condition when sold.

I can see some Beats headphones in your sold items, but they were sold less than a month ago (15th October), so your buyer may still open and win an item not as described return. 

You can argue that the buyer has had them and been using them during this time, and you are not responsible for how they are treated, but it's likely that eBay will tell you to accept the return.

Has the buyer actaully opened an item not as described return yet?

she says she has been using them but they have failed over the last four days. I am worried that she had a pair that were broken and ordered mine now I am getting the broken ones back. she said she took them to apple store but the serial number does not match that they were from there so they wouldn't fix them. I never said I got them from there. I have called her bluff though and said everything I sell on ebay is marked with invisible ink and once received back and checked I would refund her the money. not heard back as yet

You only needed to take the serial number off the beats before sending them,then tell the buyer that they have a serial number,which would be checked upon receipt.

If the buyer is trying to scam you they may have now changed there mind......lets hope so!

I never even thought about writing the serial number down I will be more careful from now on
