Absolutely appalling service paid for express postage and item hasn’t arrived after 8 days when I asked to be compensated for the delay in postage I was told I would be reported to eBay for threatening behaviour. Will be leaving eBay as a result of this ordeal after years of nothing but PROMT friendly service from hundreds of other sellers. Have missed 3 days work as a result of soil not arriving on time no understanding from the seller whatsoever
