Hi,
I sold a dress back in January. It was a new dress without any issues and the measurememnt was on the listing. The customer requested a return as it didn't fit her. I declined the request as the dress was perfect and measurements given. Today she has left bad feedback saying I was unhelpful. I do have a no returns policy (unless there is a fault with the item, or if measurements were incorrect)EBAY have turned down my appeal to remove the bad feedback. Can I appeal again? Any advice appreciated.
The usual route would be to try and mend bridges with the buyer and send them a feedback revision to complete. Somehow, I think this would be a waste of breath here.
So, you can contact eBay Customer Services. No guarantee here , but direct them to the polite messages you sent, and that the buyer was asking for something you do not provide, that is, a refund for item does not fit, for a No Returns Policy on your listing.
There is no guarantee as the buyer cleverly did not break any feedback rules here, so if the feedback is not removed you are left with leaving a follow up feedback, link at the bottom of the feedback page. Be careful how you phrase it , as feedback shows up a lot of what that member is all about !
