You need to check the listing delivery times before ording anything.

Your not alone in your anger at thinking you've ordered from the UK only to find its china.

One possibility is that the item is in Nottingham and the seller is in China!  That is legal.

I doubt that if something were coming from China it will arrive in 6 days!

If the date on the listing is 20th November [or before] and it does not arrive on that date then open a case in resolution centre for "not received".  The seller will then [probably] contact you with all sorts of promises.  Ignore them.  After 8 further full days - and if the item has not arrived - escalate the case to eBay and you will get a refund. You may then get the item too!  What do you do then? What you do then is a matter for your conscience ...

Find the item in your My eBay Purchase History. On your order there is an estimated delivery (do bear in mind that this is just an estimate).

If it's past the estimated delivery date you are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee and can open an item not received dispute.
