Awkward seller

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I purchased an item a week ago and arranged to collect this weekend and pay on collection. The communication has been poor from the seller. They asked for my phone number, which I gave. I say they ,as I have had two people communicating with me. I have had no text or phone calls. I asked via ebay if it was still OK to collect this Saturday and they responded saying they would give my contact details to another person as the seller would not be available until late Saturday. I asked where to collect from but they did not respond.

I have now received a message stating that as it is half term they are unable to accomadate my collection and to give them my number, of which I have already given.

I do not want to proceed with this purchase as I have no confidence in the seller. What should I do?

Thanks Bikergirl. I have not paid for the Item, I was ggoing to pay on collection. Should I just contact the seller and inform them I no longer want the item?

I will just walk away. I will wait until they contact me and tell them I do not want it.

You have not paid so walk away, sounds to me that they dont want to sell the item and nobody can force them, leave appropriate feedback and move on, if they send a cancel transaction request, refuse it and let them get stuck with fees for messing you around and wasting your time.
