i recently agreed with a seller I didn't want the item and I would be provided with a refund, however I haven't received the refund but he has cancelled the sale and the resolution centre is awaiting my response to say when I recieved the refund, what do I do if I haven't recieved it as there is no option that says I haven't recieved refund..........
