Automatic payments

Is anyone else having problems with this system?  4 times I have tried over the last month but continuously says its unavailable and its on the Announcement Board but isn't, even chatted to one of the staff but all he did was make excuses that they are aware of it and fixing it, pathetic!

Your selling fees ??.   

Automatic payment and Reimbursement setup/update may be required.   Use a Pc/Laptop to setup if possible ... Apps have limitations.
