Attempting to return an item

Around 6 weeks ago I won an auction for a tool. I paid straight away and promptly received a message from the seller to say the item will be posted the following day. The following day I received notification that the item has been posted, followed by a message saying he has accidentally posted the wrong item to me, and the correct item will follow. He says he'll include some money and a return address label in the packaging with the correct item so I can return the wrong one.

The first package duly arrives with the incorrect tool enclosed. A few days later the correct item arrives, but with no return address or money to cover postage. I contacted the seller and he says there was another mix up, the return address and money to pay for postage of the incorrect item will be sent straight out.

I have still not received anything in the post, and have attempted to contact the seller through eBay messages numerous times over the last few weeks but have had zero response.

What do I do now?

Send one last message, and tell him you will be happy to return the unwanted item when he sends a pre paid returns label, or the postage money into your paypal account.  If he wants it back, he'll send one or the other.
