Ask eBay to step in button missing.

I opened a return because the item I ordered was US 14 not UK 14 so not as described. It has been two weeks and I have not heard from the seller. There is no button for me to ask eBay to stop in. Only choice is close return.

Are you sure that you opened a case for iterm not as described ion the Resolution Centre,  and not a straight return?

The latter if the seller does not accept returns may well close without resolution.

The former shoudl have a escalation now it appears between 9 - 21 days from opening.

What devise are you using ?  If the eBay app switch to a laptop / PC /browser,  but not IE and see if ther case shows up more clearly there.
