Appealing a neutral feedback

Hello,

Today I received my first Neutral feedback. My client ordered the item by mistake and contacted me after he received the item (within 2 days from the purchase). He wanted to return the item, so I have arranged his return and fully refunded him within 1 week (also, i have arranged for him a free return option so he didn't pay any fees for the return) and he left me a neutral feedback this morning. I have contacted him to ask for the reason for this feedback. I also wanted to contact a customer support regarding this issue via the email option that they provide, but i get an error and cannot send them an email. I would really appreciate it if someone can give me an advice.

This buyer not only order the item " by mistake " ( really ?) then you paid the return PP cost & have been more than obliging in the light that you have lost a sell & the reward your got was a neutral feedback = I despair really

eBay won't help it seems so you will have to contact your buyer & ask buyer to call CS & have the feedback removed with all the associated defect for dsr's if the case

You can send the buyer a feedback revision form but the low dsr's if any left from buyer won't be removed

How do I submit a Feedback revision request

Also remind the buyer how detrimental this is to your account as you will have a defect in the light that you were more than obliging

Or you could report the buyer for malicious bidding ( if the case)

& add the feedback this buyer has left you = Thanks as a neutral = a positive on a neutral with little smiley faces really ?

Add the buyer's ID to your Blocked Bidders List.

Hope this helps also Woman Happy
