Anybody else have issues with Packlink?

Currently trying to print postage labels through Packlink but getting an 'order not found' error on the majority I've tried. It's the message that has a picture of a parcel with a unhappy face!

Yes quite a few reports

You dont have to use packlink

Just take your item to the Post office. Just put the address on and a small return address on the back and the post office will put the stamp on

Or if a courier buy on their online site

I occasionally use Hermes and that works Ok for me

Packlink is the most convenient for me as it updates tracking automatically and the rates for medium parcels (2-5kg) is much cheaper than the post office

Just pointing out that if you cant use packlink there are other ways to send.
