Any changes on terms of returns recently?

Hi,

I was trying to revise a listing when I got this error:

"Return options - A returns option is missing or not valid. Update your returns options."

My return policy is the same I've always used, with returns not accepted, unless through the Money Back Guarantee programme.

Have there been any changes to the terms and conditions of ebay.co.uk recently obligating sellers to accept returns?

I might add that I'm a private seller, not a business.

If anyone has some info on this, I'd appreciate it. Thank you!

Sounds like a gltch but as you are in Romania & should actually be selling through a more regional site or eBay.com you will be unable to contact Customer Services on the UK site

Thanks for the answer. After a bit of research I've come to find out that it wasn't a glitch at all, I just missed the news:

Apparently the same rules apply to us all, Commonwealth or not, hahaha! I started on the UK site because of the language and proximity to EU. I also liked the pound sign. Cheers!

Those rules only apply to BUSINESS SELLER.....you are not registered as a business seller or would have to be registered for UK VAT

...And here I was trying to be a smartass. Either way, something happened because when I try to edit the returns policy, I am required to tick both "Domestic returns accepted" and "International returns accepted" and provide a time frame in which the buyers can return. Pretty disappointing.
