Answering feedback

I have been left unfair feedback and would like to reply so that others reading it can judge for themselves.

I know its pointless trying to get it removed - just replying to it would be good but I cannot.

I keep getting an error telling me I have no feedback.

Actually you might be able to get that feedback removed if the references to a 'replacement' was not something offered in the listing.  Well worth a try before attempting to do a follow-up to that feedback.  Suggest you phone CS tomorrow morning when the lines reopen.

 

The feedback error you encountered is a long-standing intermittent fault that has no sign of a fix.  The workaround du jour is to log into the eBay USA (.com) site and manage feedback from there.
