More and more of the larger sellers use something called fulfillment by Amazon for eBay.
Some also sell on Amazon, some simply find it cheaper to send their stock to Amazon warehouses and have them pick, pack and deliver it than it is to do it any other way.
Fulfilment by Amazon retains the same appearance as a normal Amazon order so the only way you can tell for sure is if you get a receipt or a gift receipt showing the seller bought it from Amazon and is abusing their prime option.
