Do you mean you have purchased something and it is not covered by the money back guarantee?

No, when I view my listings, under ‘coverage’ it states “not covered by eBay money back guarantee”

If you look in the middle of page (on desktop) below the price, delivery, returns etc, the last item is Coverage

Weird, I was looking at ipad initially, just tried it on laptop and ‘coverage’ is not there !?!
