Advice needed on dodgy eBay Buyer

Hi,

Going to keep this short.
I am selling something for £600+.
About 8 days ago i was contact by an ebay member telling me to contact them on an outlook email address. I knee this was odd and our conversation continued in outlook at which point the conversation involved "How much do you want?" , "Can it be collected" and when i said yes from my work address after payment the reply was "Can you post it today I live in X".

So after I said "Yes I can" I never recieved a reply- ever. I am guessing because my answer to the "Can it be collected" was a red flag given it showed I wasn't stupid.

Anyway, item never sold and relisted it again a dew days later. I have recieved the SAME message to the letter from the SAME user but this time the email is a different outlook.com email address.

I think they are either a bot or simply didn't register that I was a person they'd already sent that to.

Advice please on how I report them given they didn't buy anything and I can't select them as a buyer. I have not replied to their latest message but if I can do anything else to identify them I am happy to.

This is something that will be affecting other eBay users and could have led to negative sales, cons and all sorts.

Thanks.
