I think you used a subtitle on your listing, this is an optional extra you can choose to use, but all these listing upgrades, are non refundable fees. Adding a Buy it Now to a Auction listing is another listing upgrade, and costs 50p each time used.
Just before you hit the final List Item button, glance up to the right to the Listing Fee box, that will tell you if there are any charges to pay, and will give you a chance to scroll up and delete any feature if necessary.
