Adjusting an invoice amount

Hi,

I have sold an item but the buyer has asked for a discount which I have agreed to but I now can't adjust the amount on the invoice. The person has directed me to the 'send payment details' section but it doesn't give an option to adjust the amount.

Any advice would be appreciated.

What kind of discount ?  Buyers can't ask for a discount. You can't change the price of the item after it's sold.

If it's the watch you have the best offer facility on it, so the buyer should have used that to make the lower offer, and then you could accept  or refuse it.

If you have agreed a lower price, all you can do is make a partial refund from the paypal transaction after you have been paid, but you will still pay the fees on the full amount.
