I recently moved and sucsessfully updated my address on eBay. I noticed from a relisted item that the collection address still shows my old address days after I updated this information. How long does this information take to process? Should I end the listing?
You used an old template that would still have had the old address attached to it. You will need to manually revise the listing to change the address or, if it has bids, cancel all bids and end the listing. Then start from scratch.
