Adding payoneer account

Hi, I'm new seller. I want to add my payoneer account (I cannot use paypal, not allowed in my country) but as a account selection there is not 'payoneer'. How can I do it?

This is UK site, we don't use payoneer.

Log out & into ebay.com then search Managed payments, ebay's own payment system.
