Adding Bank Account details

hi

got the email regarding ebay moving to managed payments.

i cannot find where to enter my bank account details. 

the only thing i can find is account/ payments/ add payment options

then it asks me to add a credit card, very frustrating this

there is but i refuse to click on an email link, especially where bank account details are involved. ebay need to make this easier to find in the options
