My account was suspended, I didn't receive any explanation about why or how to fix it.
I opened a second account and was restricted.
I used the chat and the costumer service told me the reason for the restriction was that this second account being linked to the first one that was suspended.
I asked how to fix it. The operator wasn't able to explain.
Therefore I ask for a call from the costumer service.
A second operator called me to say the same things of the previous one and adding that basically I will never be able to buy or sell on eBay anymore.
Now maybe it is me, but I think it is completely ridiculous an unjust to be suspended, without an explanation and without having any chance to clear and fix the issue.
I'm afraid it's unlikely that anyone here will be able to suggest a way out of this.
A permanent restriction from both selling and buying is unusual, and suggests a serious concern. This could be why eBay has acted without any explanation, which is also unusual. It may be nothing you even know about, if you have been excluded by association with another member. This could be someone else at your address, or has logged in using the same connected device, whether yours or theirs.
It's hard to defend yourself when you don't even know what it's about. Unfortunately, eBay's user agreement doesn't give you a right to know. Plus you have made things worse, if that's possible, by creating new accounts, which isn't allowed. Good luck, but I'm afraid you're correct that you probably won't be able to use eBay again. Neither will anyone else that eBay associates with your account.
It can happen if you have a Connection or Address Linked to another Member who has been Suspended.
