Accessing payments

Hi can someone help I have sold a few things recently and can't access my payments as when I update my bank account it's says that eBay don't recognise the account. I have rang eBay several times and nothing!!!  The last person I spoke to told me I needed to open a new bank account! Has anyone else experienced this?? eBay say they have opend a dispute but I can't see anything.

Ebay opened a dispute for what? 

You do need to get your bank details on the account or they wont pay you.

The bank account has to be in your name the same name as the account.

The bank account is the same name as the name on the account. My bank say there is no reason why eBay don’t recognise the account however every time I try and add account it says it can verify it?

All you can do is to get onto ebay again or do as they say and open a new account. There have been reports of this before but have no idea why and we don't have any way of finding out as we are just members like yourself. Sorry it is not much help. If you do get it sorted then do come back and tell us as it may help others.

Thank you however I am certainly not going to go to the trouble of opening a new bank account because of this. eBay will have to pay me the funds in another way.

As said. If you get a solution then please do come back and tell us as this has happened before. If members cant get the money ebay are going to make a lot of money with dead payments.
