Accepting a buyer's offer

Hello,
I would like to know how it works when a seller accepts the buyers' offers.
I am selling an item that is listed for collection only, however, when I receive the buyers' offers the application automatically includes postage.

How can I ensure that whoever places an offer understands that the acceptance is explicitly restricted to in-person collection only?

If it is the chair, then it is listed as collection only, nothing about postage.

You can acceot the offer, ask buyer to pay cash on collection.
