I've been called names by a buyer about some IKEA panels that I'm selling.

Are you selling one tile? or one metre of tiles?

Buyers like clear descriptions.

I'm not surprised. They probably ran out of patience trying to understand your listing.

that is probably because you have left the sentence This is for one square only.

instead of stating it makes one square metre

While abuse is not permitted your listing breaks eBay's rules and that is what - I would guess - the buyer is complaining about!  

You advertise 16 for £50 at the top and then later say it is for one.  No doubt many will report yourlisting to ebay and they may take it down

If as said by @pixiesen2012 it is for one square metre then please do make that clear by editing your listing

that is a mistake

the other listing was for one tile @£3.80 a tile!

You are kind to o/p. I read that as 16 tiles at £50 for one.

look at the previous listing for individual tiles, they clearly left the 'for one' in by mistake,

the £50 listing is for 16 tiles that make one square metre
