Abusive feedback from seller

Hi Ebay team.

I bidded on a item last night and woke up this morning to find out I'd won the item, GREAT! 

But then checked my messages to find loads of abuse from the seller demanding I pay for the item right away or he/she would leave me negative feedback. 

I didn't like he/she attitude and something just didn't seem right so I requested to cancel the order. 

I then checked my feedback and he/she has left me loads of abuse claiming I'm a scammer and a nasty peice of work because I didn't make the payment. 

It shows on my profile as positive feedback but it's loads of abuse from the seller claiming I'm a scammer. 

Is there anyway Ebay can review this and get the abuse removed from my account.

Report the feedback

Sellers are not allowed to leave a positive feedback with a negative comment

POint out all the other bad feedback they have left

It is difficult because although they say they have relisted they dont say they cancelled the sale. If tou dont pay then ebay will send reminders and afer 4 full days they or ebay can cancel the transaction and you get a non payment strike on your account.

No the order was cancelled from the seller then still continued to leave me abuse on my account can I still request this to be removed from my account?

Yes contact ebay and ask them to remove it. I would mention they have done it to others if you get chance

Thanks for the quick response in the Help & Contact page it says request feedback removal but only for negative and this has been left as positive and I can't find any other way of contacting Ebay, help?

Just contact them that way. If that link does not work then top right of the page under Seller help then scroll down for contact details. Ebay does not make it easy to contact but it is possible. Dont give up that seller deserves it removing and the black mark they will get
