Ability to generate and Print invoices with subsequential numbers removed - Why ?

I use this functionality always to generate paperwork for my records.  Ebay have today replaced it with something else that is not at all useful or helpful .

Can anyone see where the old method of generating an invoice and packing slip etc has gone ?
