Have returned item due to damage in post.When can I expect refund

What actions have you taken?  Have you opened a case?  If not,   open one now for item not as described in the Resolution Centre,  link at bottom of most pages,  enter the tracking number.  It gives the seller 8 days to refund you.  If they do not,  then escalate to eBay on day 9 and they step in and fully refund you.

Good news it's sorted, but annoying being paid with an e cheque! Keep an eye on it, it can take up to 10 days to clear.

You should get an email when it does, if it 'bounces' and does not clear, call Paypal to deal with this further.
