Ebay gets an RM Discount. That's why it is £3.90 if you Post through their System.
Whether you buy your postage at the Post office or Buy through Ebay, you do realise that there is a 10% Fee made so it is up to you to get your postage right and and not make a loss on Postage. £4 postage but you only receive £3.60.
Never rely on ebay information if you do not understand that it is correct only if you buy from them. If to use tracked postage then you have to take it to the PO if you want it to be scanned, ebay can't do that for you.
If bought through eBay it's £3.,90 but you do not have to use the eBay figure anyway.....you can change it to your actual costs when advertising
if you buy your postage through ebay it is £3.90 as they get a discount
if you buy your postage at the post office you need to change the postage charge when creating the listing

2nd class sign for at the post office has been £4 for a year now and you have still got it down as £3.90 ive called and message you a number of times
I'd stop calling and messaging, because that price of £3.90 is correct if you buy your Royal Mail label via eBay.
If you're taking your item to the PO yourself it will be £4.
RM postage through ebay is cheaper than buying at PO.
TBH, I would rather pay a few extra pence & buy postage at PO, you have to take parcel there to get POP, so why give ebay more money.
No i have not.
Sorry but your posting to an ebay help board made up of members like yourself,so eaby staff won't read your complaint here.
