20% discount off purchase price

i bought an item whilst the 20% discount was active from ebay, the seller has now cancelled my order without my request. looking at his feedback he has done ot to lots of people.he refunded my money. 

does that mean i have lost my discount? as i now have to purchase the same item from another seller.

Unfortunately you won’t get the discount again for the new purchase. eBay have made several offers lately so there may be another soon. I got one today for £10 off purchases over £30.
