It seems I have 2 user names. This was something I was not aware of until I received an email offer from ebay. When taking up the offer I was told that I did not qualify and when I looked at the user name it was not the one I have used since joining ebay. How can I find out who the other user name is?

Have you logged in at any time using Facebook or Twitter. For some reason it appears that this can cause another ID to be created , and nearly every day there is someone saying,"I have lost all my listings/Feedback/Purchases etc".
Try logging in to this other ID, whether it will have the same password I don't know, use the forgotten password as it would be best to close this other account.
